What is an INTRODUCTORY SESSION

Before we begin our coaching process, this is where we identify and acknowledge the issue that you would like to work on. We take your valuable insights and see how we can best work together. It allows us to decide if coaching with me will be the best fit for you and the coaching program you would like to follow. By the end of the session you will have a fairly clear idea of the path forward and the goals you would like to work on.

I will send you by email a feedback from our session and a preparation sheet to work on to proceed further if you choose to do so.
There is absolutely no obligation to continue with coaching if you feel this is not for you. The session is only an introduction and exploration session.

IT IS FOR A DURATION OF 45 MINS AND IS NOT CHARGEABLE.
